Responsibilities:

Prospect for new customers: Utilize various techniques to identify and contact potential clients within the commercial and residential roofing industry.
Develop strong relationships with clients: Build trust and rapport with roofing companies, general contractors, and homeowners.
Present and sell our products and services: Clearly communicate the benefits of Sanders Sheet Metal components and custom fabrication services.
Manage sales cycle: Effectively guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
Negotiate contracts and pricing: Secure favorable terms and ensure profitable transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service: Address client questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate sales records: Track sales activities, generate reports, and contribute to ongoing business development.
Qualifications:

Fabricator

Do you have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for precision craftsmanship? Are you skilled in operating sheet metal fabrication equipment and producing high-quality components? Then a Fabricator position at Sanders Sheet Metal is an exciting opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment: Proficiently use a variety of tools and machinery, including a straight brake, shear, slitter, and other specialized equipment.
Fabricate metal roofing components: Accurately produce custom coping packages, gutters, downspouts, chimney caps, and other sheet metal components according to specifications.
Maintain high-quality standards: Ensure all fabricated parts meet rigorous quality standards and customer requirements.
Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly.
Contribute to a safe and productive work environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication or related field.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience operating a 10-foot brake, shear, and slitter (preferred).
Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
