• Ineligible Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Inaccurate measurements provided by the customer

Free Pickups: You're welcome to pick up your order free of charge at our Indianapolis, Indiana location.

Delivery: We offer delivery on orders over $500.

• Delivery Methods: We utilize our own trucks and trailers for deliveries, ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently. For larger orders, we may use a third-party semi-truck carrier. We'll contact you in advance to discuss arrangements and any associated costs for semi-truck deliveries.

• Delivery Radius & Fees:

  • Free delivery within 10 miles of our Indianapolis office.
  • For deliveries outside the 10-mile radius, a distance-based delivery fee will apply. 

• Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typical delivery times are 3-5 business days, but may vary depending on order size and delivery location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
